YorFix ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.
When you use the booking form or the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), and any details you type about the job or your enquiry.
We use your details only to arrange and manage the job you have asked us to quote or carry out, for example calling you back to confirm a price and time, or replying to your enquiry. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
We keep booking and contact records for 24 months after your last job or enquiry, then delete them, unless we are required to keep them for longer for accounting or legal reasons.
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email hello@yorfix.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
